PRTG does have brute-force pretention mechanisms, namely the overload protection. It will effectively slow down logins after three consecutive failed logins. Check this article for further details :)
As for the indexing, simply place a robots.txt in the webroot and webroot\public directory within PRTGs installation directory. A robots generator can be found here.
