I am in need to monitor Windows Server Backup on Server 2008 Standard using the email notification feature and PRTG. There is a fix ive seen online: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/7600006515312-monitor-windows-server-backup which i have tried. I cant get any notification in PRTG though. Is there another way to do this?

Which sensor are you using?

Does it come back with any sensor data, or does it error out?
Have you setup Notifications for the sensor?
