How Do I solve a 10061 error when trying to connect remote probe?

I am trying to connect a remote probe. I just migrated PRTG onto a new server and when I tried to connect a new remote probe I get this error. I have my firewall set up so that this would work but I keep getting this error in the logs. How do I solve this? What else could cause this?
