I setup Netflow V5 and 9 sensors and I am using the Paessler Netflow generator to generate flow, but my PRTG sensor is not receiving the flow. The prtg Netflow tester is however detecting the flows. The tester is using the same port settings as the Netflow sensors.

Can you please assist, as we will be purchasing this software very soon and I need to get these sensors up and running.

Hi Darryl,

The generator/tester and the sensor itself use the same port, i.e. the tool is snatching away packages and PRTG doesn't receive them. With the tools not running, and ensuring that configuration is correct, do you actually receive data within the sensors?
