PRTG's interface is basically a web-application.
The AJAX web-interface will auto-scale and be functional to a certain extent, after that the "Mobile Web GUI" (that can be used from within the browser) will adapt to more extreme zoom levels better, but the mobile interface is not as elegant or comprehensive as the Complete Ajax Web GUI.
