I am using Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 9 Enterprise and PRTG is not able to monitor it correctly or at all.
The built in dell disk sensors do not pull in all the disks in the server. It can see the Sold State drives in bays 1&2 and the SAS drives in Bays 10-17 However any SATA drives in bays 3-8 do not show up.
The Poweredge system health sensor does not work at all and the dell hardware sensor comes back with very limited info.
The system is a PowerEdge T640 running a headless Hyper-V
I am probing the IDRAC directly.

Thank you i have sent the information back.
We have fully updated the IDRAC controllers last night and the issue still persists.
The disk sensor is only pulling the SATA drives and not the SAS drives
Server 1 total drives 13 PRTG only detects 9
Server 2 total drives 14 PRTG only detects 4

Hello there,
I've just sent you an email with a walk script to query the relevant OIDs so we can take a look at the SNMP data coming from the device.
Kind regards,
Erhard
