i get report with 1-year range Time Span: 06.03.2014 - 06.03.2015

According to PRTG's API Documentation:

Maximum Timeframe per API call: 40 to 500 days per API request

Note: If you try using a larger time span than 500 days, PRTG will reduce it to 365 days automatically.

So you need to reduce the timeframe to 500 days or less and use multiple queries to generate a 2 years report.

Very strange limit. I can view 750 days Graph. Why i cannot view >500 days report?

That's currently an limitation of the /api/historicdata.xml API limitation I'm afraid. There's currently no workaround to it.
