We have a green probe health monitor that says disconnected. How can we fix this? If we restart the service it comes back to normal for a while then again disconnected but green.

What version of PRTG are you currently running? Does the issue affect the PRTG Local Probe or a Remote Probe? Please provide me with a screenshot of the Overview and Logs tab of the affected sensor for further analysis.
