Dear, I saw several cases in the knowledge base asking for help to be able to monitor this type of equipment, but without answers with success, is there any mib or sensor pre configured?

Hello Daniel,
Thank you very much for your contact. I'm afraid there is no particular built-in sensor type to monitor this device, but this doesn't mean that you won't be able monitor your device with PRTG. As long as the device supports a protocol that PRTG supports (SNMP for example) and HP provides an SNMP MIB file for the device, you will be able to import the MIB with our MIB-Importer and add all possible sensors within PRTG.
Kindly review the following KB article for instructions and links to the required tool to add your MIB's SNMP Library Sensors within PRTG:
Can't find a sensor for my device in PRTG but I believe it supports SNMP. How to proceed?
Best regards,
Sebastian
