I'm afraid that there is no available template for Forti_Analyzer available. You can get in contact with the manufacturer to request if there are any MIB files available, or any other possibility to monitor the device like an HTTP REST API.
If an MIB is available, you can use the MIB Importer Tool to import the counters of your choice.
