I have marked some devices as favorites and show up when I go to Devices->Favorites but I would like to be able to view UP/Down logs of just these favorite devices without showing others. These favorites are in groups with other not so important devices that clutter the regular log view. Is that possible?

this is not possible. One can filter the device table or sensor table by favorites, but not the up/down status change log table. It is also not possible to filter via tags, because the status change log table works with sensor messages as main item (and the messages have neither a favorite status nor a tag.)
