We want to monitor our disks from the Exchange server. Three hard disks are attached but no drive letter is assigned. How can I monitor this?

Found this link, but the script didn't work:

https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/74655-can-i-monitor-mounted-windows-volumes-with-prtg

Error:

XML: Structural error in xml file, 1 open items. -- JSON: The returned JSON does not match the expected structure (Invalid JSON.). (code: PE231)

Do you have a solution?

Regards Cosimo

Hi there,

Please activate the "Write EXE result to disk" option in the sensor's settings and post the log files (Result of Sensor XXX.Data.txt and Result of Sensor XXX.txt) located on the corresponding probe under "C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (Sensors)".

Best regards.

Hi there,

I won't publish the answers due to possible sensitive data. However it seems that you didn't set the execution policy properly on the Probe:
https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/76000063331-powershell-32-bit-or-64-bit-and-execution-policy

Afterwards the script should run fine within PRTG.

Best regards.
