Hello Vasiliy,
we appreciate your contact.
I was able to import the UBNT-UniFi-MIB:
Import successful!
Report for C:\Users\XXX\Downloads\YYYY\UBNT-UniFi-MIB.mib:
Sucessfully included files: 4 of 4
Sucessfully imported OIDs: 52 of 52
OIDs that were useful for PRTG: 52
However, you need to rename both files and place them in the same folder for the import to work. If you don't rename the files to *.mib, the dependency can't be located. The directory in which you placed both files should look like this:
C:\Users\XXX\Downloads\YYYY>dir
Directory of C:\Users\XXX\Downloads\YYYY
29/06/2018 11:28 <DIR> .
29/06/2018 11:28 <DIR> ..
29/06/2018 11:27 4.001 UBNT-MIB.mib
29/06/2018 11:27 13.520 UBNT-UniFi-MIB.mib
2 File(s) 17.521 bytes
In any case, I strongly encourage you to have a look at this as well, if you're looking to monitor Unifi:
