how to get sql query result notification on prtg

Dear I want to set a sensor when the any sql query runs , and the query get fail at that moment we can get email notification , can anyone help me

Could you please elaborate for what exact result you want to receive a notification? Do you want to receive it when the SQL server does not answer properly, or when a certain result exceeding limits is returned?
