We have installed PRTG on a new PC because the old one died. We are getting the message: "Temporary activation. License already in use on a different system"

It says the License will expire on 18/07/18. The PRTG version is 18.2.41.1652

Please advise how to fix this.

In this case it would be better to open a support case as the KB is more intended for user to user interaction. Therefore please send the necessary information (License and System ID) in a mail to "support@paessler.com".
