Good morning ! I'm writing from France so excuse my english. I have implemented PRTG in my business to analyse netflow and I would like to have a access to the analyses everywhere . It's for that reason that I download the android application. The problem is that I can't access to my prtg server without to be connected to the business network. So imposible to access to the prtg server with the phone application or the phone browser. The prtg server is unreachable outside of my business network. How can I fix it ?

Hello there,
PRTG's web server is like any other web server for that matter, meaning if you want to reach it from outside your network by browser or with the app, you need to make sure that this is possible. How you do it is in the end up to you, whether you use an external ip for the PRTG server or setup some vpn etc.
