I'm trying to find the file content sensor in our appliance, but it's not there. Please advise on how adding the sensor. Thx

Have you tried searching for the sensor in the Add Sensor dialogue? Did you enable any of the filters in the blue box above the search field? It may not be shown in the search results then.
