Pingdom check fails with PE018

We are getting PE018 error on our pingdom ICMP check. The pingdom setup looks correct, and the PRTG Probe can access pingdom.com

Hi there,

Unfortunately, the sensors were deprecated with version 16.x.25. I assume that you use the custom sensors of a Third Party Developer. Please note that these sensors are not developed and maintained by us. Therefore please contact the third party developer:

http://prtgtoolsfamily.com/downloads/sensors

But it seems that the sensor was not updated since as the last update for this sensor was 2015. You can use our Native Cloud HTTP Sensor instead to check the availability from multiple locations for a website:
https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/cloud_http_sensor
