Good morning, We have recently implemented a dev install of PRTG and it works GREAT!! We added the failover node for 100% uptime, and THAT works great as well, well... almost. When the primary node fails (gets turned off) the secondary works as far as on screen alerts, but there are NO emails sent nor trouble ticket submitted. I assumed the failover would take the SMTP settings from the master, which as I said works fine...

Thoughts?

Hi Michael,

As soon as the Failover-Node becomes the master, please navigate to "Setup > System Administration > Notification Delivery" and check that the settings are correct. If so, then please navigate to "Logs > System Events > Notifications" and check for any errors that may occur upon sending notifications.
