Hi, I want to introduce PRTG tool in my environment thus seeking some intel. I understand that once alert is triggered one will be notified about same via sms/email. but if I want to do the integration with Service Now how can I do that? or any other tool will be required for ticket base?
How to convert alert into tickets?
