Hello,

we have a PRTG Network Monitor 18.2.39.1661 x64 with over 4000 sensors and we want to configure audible alarms with sounds on a shared monitor. The thing that is bothering us is that this function reproduce a sound each time that a sensor change state (Down, Acknowleged, Unusual or Warning).

Is there a way to reproduce the sound only when the state changes to Down?

At present, the only way to accomplish this is with the Enterprise Console running in the background. It has an option to play a WAV file on errors only.
