I migrate the PRTG Setup from previous server to new server by following: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/7600006351113-how-can-i-move-migrate-my-prtg-installation-to-another-computer

For the new server, i can use the same IP & User authen from previous server and sensors occur like previous but if i down the previous server, all sensors all down also.

How can i fix it? Thank you. Pond.

Hi,

For example, the old server IP:192.168.1.1. (Both PRTG and server IP)
The new server have IP:192.168.1.2, i can take the IP from PRTG old server (192.168.1.1) to new server and all sensors occur like old.

But if i shutdown old server (192.168.1.1), the new server (192.168.1.2) that use PRTG IP : 192.168.1.1 are down also.
