Hi, I've read that the PRTG Core server must be reachable through the network, my smartphone is connected to, (or VPN) in order to use the mobile app. Does that also mean that I only receive push-notifications on my smartphone when I'am connected to the same Network / VPN ?
Push-Notifications just available when I'am connected to VPN ?

Hello,
Thank you for the KB-Post. Push Notifications are sent from your PRTG Core Server first to the PRTG Cloud (within the Amazon cloud services), and from there to your smartphone. So as long both, your smart phone and your PRTG core server, can access the internet, you will receive push notifications.
To access the PRTG Installation (to pause sensors then for example) you then need the VPN of course.
best regards.
