Problems installing PRTG on Windows 2008 r2 Server

Hi, I can't get PRTG installed - any suggestions please. I've searched through the knowledge base but been unable to resolve.

Get stuck at the

Please wait until PRTGs web server is running...... Connecting to: http://127.0.0.1/group.htm?id=0&tabid=1 failed...: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized

Then get the message

PRTG Web Server did not start within 60 seconds

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi there,

Please make sure that no AntiVirus is preventing PRTG from starting. Please also make sure that there is no other webserver running on the same server as PRTG. Additionally, check the "Web Server"-Tab in the "PRTG Administration Tool" on the Core Server that the settings are correct.
