I have setup a new remote probe on a server to replace an existing one. I followed the guide on how to change the ports used to port 80, as this is the only port I can use due to restrictions in place by our network team. The problem I have is that after changing the ServerPort value to 80, I had other entries pop up named ServerPort1 and ServerPort2 which have values of 23560. If I change these and restart the probe service they change back immediately.
How do I fix this so it is only using Port 80?
Port 80 cannot be used for remote probe connections. Please use a high port above 1024 and one that PRTG doesn't use. Could you explain the situation further? Maybe I can come up with a viable solution here...
