Hi Team,
I saw the thread related to netflow. I want to know what could be a reason why prtg is not pulling the information on certain routers alone. the netflow port is mentioned and IP from which it needs to get the information is also mentioned.

Please note that PRTG is not pulling or requesting the data, the data is sent to PRTG and PRTG processes the received packets. Did you checked that the Flow Timeout Option in the sensor settings is the same as configured on the device?
