As our mail server may have an outage, I'd like to be notified not just to the emails hosted there but to also some cloud hosted email address.
I've implemented other ways of notification but I need second email address.
Using two accounts and having to configure every special setting (permissions, notifications etc) twice in one PRTG system is simply just a wrong approach.
When opening up the account, there's a tab "Notification Contacts", you can add other mail addresses for that very account that will be receiving the notifications as well. That's the correct approach :)
