Hi there,
In order to monitor the devices, you need to configure SNMP on the target devices. PRTG supports SNMP in the versions v1, v2c and v3. Configure a read-only community with a string of your choice. Some devices require to fill-in the PRTG Server's IP address as an agent to allow the PRTG Server to get information.
