So we have a long running issue whereby there are password changes made to a customer site and not told to the monitoring team and need to be changed after our WMI sensors have dropped red. when changing the creds at the group level in PRTG cpu sensors that use WMI come back fine but WMI vol or WMI Multidisk stay in state PE015. How can we fix this without having to run lodctr etc etc on each and every server

Can you check to see that the WMI Volume and Multidisk, are inheriting the credentials correctly?
The next time this happens, can you turn on "Write Result to Disk" in the Settings for the sensor?
Let the sensor run for an hour or so, and then upload the file results to here.
The file will be located in, %porgramdata%/Paessler/PRTG Network Monitor/Logs (Sensors)
