I have an issue where I have created a Windows Process sensor to follow how many instances we have open of a particular executable. The thing is there are times when the executable isn't open in any instance. I noticed that when it cannot find the executable is shows a red "Down" status for the sensor and No Data. I was wondering if there's a way we can set it so that it's still in the green "Up" state even when there's no data to be shown. I want to avoid setting up "acknowledged" down states. I'm open to trying a different sensor if need be. I just need one where the instances are still being shown and when there's "No Data" or no instances it's still shows as "Up".

I am afraid there is no proper way implementing this the way you want it.

There is an option 'Limits' in channel setting. Check it, maybe it's configured for Error when quantity of instance is 0.
