File content sensor, String not found

Hi,
I'm trying to use the file content sensor on a windows server.
The file contains only the word Online.
The settings in the sensor are:
Search String: Online
Search method: simple
Always transfer the whole file
But I get always a String 'Online' not found
Why is that so?

Please send me screenshots from the sensor's "Overview" and "Settings" tabs and also the file in question to do some testing on my end:

- Subject should contain (Case PAE1012481)
