Hi,

After windows server 2008 updates yesterday, it wiped all NIC configuration on the server. I re-added static ip address (same ip) back to the server but I still can't not connect to the PRTG traffic.

T/S: reboot server, restarted PRTG services. but no go.

Please advice.

Hi there,

Please note that when the webserver of PRTG can't create a socket for any interface, then the webserver will only listen on localhost. Therefore please open the PRTG Administration Tool on the Core Server and check the "Web Server" settings.
