All my devices under mgmt are displaying temperature data in Celsius, that is not what we use. How can we change that to Fahrenheit.

PRTG doesn't implement a standard temperature unit yet. Some sensors support this conversion but it's sensor-specific. So check the sensor's settings if there's an option of switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit is available.
Otherwise, you could use the Sensor Factory Sensor to create a new sensor that uses the value in Celsius as source and converts it to Fahrenheit. Please have a look here for instructions:
