We have download blue icap mib and loaded in. What does bluecoat icap sensor health check value mean? We would like to configure if downtime more than 3ms,it will trigger email notification.

I run the concurrent users as our alerting sensor on bluecoats. along with ping and i track internal and external interfaces for graphing.
