Falls z.B. ein Switch nicht läuft, dann senden die Sensoren standartmässig Fehlermeldungen. Alle Geräte welche allerdings auch an diesem Switch angeschlossen sind, werden in PRTG als rot Markiert. Ist es möglich, dass man sobald ein übergeortnetes Gerät (in diesem Fall ein Switch) auf "down" geht, dass alle Geräte welche noch an diesem Switch angeschlossen sind in PRTG nicht mehr abgefragt werden?

Leider kann PRTG nicht von alleine wissen welche Geräte wo angeschlossen sind und was wie im Netzwerk zusammenhängt. Dafür gibt es jedoch die Dependencies die Sie auf Gruppen, Geräte oder sogar Sensor-Ebene setzen können:
