PRTG Message (The Virtual Machine is Powered Off)

Dear All,

Add VM sensor using VMware Virtual Machine (SOAP) successfully, it show OK (The Virtual Machine is Power Off). We are able to access VM but unable to capture data in PRTG. PRTG version 18.1.37.12158

Thanks for your inquiry, we appreciate your contact regarding the matter!

If I understand you correctly, the VM is running, but displayed "shut down" in PRTG. There is sometimes a small bug in VMware, where the API returns the wrong status. Please try to restart the VM, the corresponding host machine or the management agent with the following KB-Article: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1003490
