How to add labels to Geo Map

On my Geo Map I have currently set it so if a sensor goes down the icon will become larger as well as going red. I would also like it to show the name of the sensor but I can't see how to do this.

I've seen mention of HTML Before else where on this site but there is no example or explanation of how to implement this. Where do I change/add this and how can I set it to choose the correct name for the text?

I'm afraid that it is not possible to pass the name to the Geo Map Object, sorry.
