I would like to be able to restrict access to the core server as this is on a shared machine and users can assess PRTG via the icon as well as a web address. If the user clicks on the icon, they are automatically logged in as administrator.

How can I change this so all users have to log on, even if they click on the icon?

Did you set the prtgadmin password? Or is it still indeed prtgadmin? When that's changed, the users have to log in every time, just like you want it :)

You can reset the password unser Setup > Account Settings > My Account.
