I need a report or log of the acknowledgment alarm that i did in my web links. How can i do this ?

Hello Raphael,

You can click on Logs > Status Change > Acknowledged Alarms to get a list of all sensors which were acknowledged. You can define the age of the log files in the upper right corner.

Unfortunately, the link does not work for me. Are you using the latest version of PRTG? If not, I would recommend to update your installation to be able to filter the logs for acknowledged alarms.

Hi, I just checked the Enterprise Console with version "PRTG Network Monitor 15.2.17.2636+" and the Acknowledged Alarms are visible in the filter options.

Could you please check if you can access these log files via the Web GUI? Please do also check the exact version number which is listed in the bar at the bottom.
