I have been pulling historical data for a 7 day time span with an interval of 24 hours every day to keep track of sensor trends. I have noticed that some days the historical report shows no data for the earliest date. For example right now I am pulling historical data from May 27th to June 3rd. Data for May 27th is showing no data on the report. But for the time frame of May 26th to June 2nd I can get all 7 days worth of data.

I need accurate information for these reports and I'm not sure how to fix this.

What version of PRTG are you using? We had a bug in the date calculation in older versions. Is this the same with the reports?

I am using version 14.4.13.3800.

I did notice that that the datetime_raw that I am receiving is wrong when pulling the XML historical files. It has been wrong by as much as a day, while the datetime has always been correct.

Could you try to update your PRTG and see if it's still off?
