Hi Support, I'm sorry that I still don't get it. Here's the situation. The first email notification that I received is:
Status Down Date/Time 26.05.2015 17:18:00 Last Up 26.05.2015 17:13:14 [4 m 45 s ago] *what does 4m45s mean? Last Down 26.05.2015 17:16:25 [94 s ago]
Second email:
Status Up (Downtime: 108 s) * how do we get 108s? Date/Time 26.05.2015 17:19:14 Last Up 26.05.2015 17:19:14 [0 s ago] Last Down 26.05.2015 17:18:14 [59 s ago]
Would you please explain? Thank you very much!

Hi Darren,
That's the amount of time the sensor has been down since the last down notification, i.e. the duration of this very down state.

Hi Stephan,
In this case, last down was 23:00:52 and last up was 23:02:07.
The downtime supposed to be 1 m 15 s, right?
But the screenshot shows Downtime: 4 m 1 s.
May I know where did I get wrong? Thanks!

Hi Darren,
Depends on the scanning interval of the sensor. Can you send me a screenshot of the sensors historic data tab with the time and date where the sensor was down? It should be visible how long it was down and if the state was flapping.
Best, Stephan

The sensor had a scan result that represented a down state 21 seconds ago, and in the last scan (0 seconds ago), it was up again. Last up is usually equal to last scan, when the sensor is still up. The combined downtime of the sensor is 1h 27m.
Does that explain it? :)
