our system admin has left the company and has reset the admin account password, is there a way we can get into the account

Dear Shoole

Please go to the PRTG server, open the Windows start menu and start the "PRTG Administration Tool". Open its "Administrator" tab.

You can enter new PRTG Admin credentials without having to know the current credentials. When you save the change, you can log into PRTG.
