Hi,

I just want to export a log of specific status (say "down") in a period of time in a Group of sensors.

The details:

We group servers in PRTG. My boss want to export a log of servers with the status "down" in that group within a period of time.

I can only find the "log" on the top menu bar and can choose the period of time. But I cannot only list the log with status "down" and cannot export to file such as cvs, txt, etc. format.

Would any one please help? Thanks.

Under the log tab, you can filter for a specific date range. Once you have that date range, you can then export it to XML using the small XML link at the bottom right hand corner of the table. Once you have the XML, you could then filter according to status with something like Excel.
