To do this:
- Uninstall the current version of the app that you installed from Google Play.
- On your device, go to Settings | Security, and enable Allow installation from unknown sources.
- In a web browser on your device, download version PRTG for Android 15.1.9.
- After it’s downloaded, either click on the notification in the notification tray on your device, or click on "Downloads" from your app list and click on the downloaded APK.
- Install the app when prompted.
- Go back to Settings | Security and disable Allow installation from unknown sources.
Important note: We do not offer support for PRTG for Android 15.1.9. We strongly recommend that you update your server to enjoy new features and security enhancements in both PRTG and our mobile clients.
