I am using SNMP Bandwidth monitoring feature. that gives me total bandwidth against specific ip, can i filter that traffic to know what type of traffic he used like.. which urls, or ftp or smtp traffic....

Unfortunately, the SNMP protocol does not offer information like the protocol type and Sender / Recipient address. Please have a look at This Article for some examples.
