Monitor specific traffic

Is there a way, with a custom sensor or other sensor, to monitor for specific web traffic? We'd like to get a little more granular on the data e.g. tracking Facebook, twitter, pinterest etc.. traffic. We are currently using net flow to monitor the high-view of the bandwidth, but would really like more detailed information.
