In reviewing the forums there was a post about an undocumented ability to edit the approved ssl ciphers. Would it be possible to obtain this? We failed our scan for the PRTG IP address for the following.
VULN TITLE
SSLv3.0/TLSv1.0 Protocol Weak CBC Mode Server Side Vulnerability (BEAST)
SSL Server Has SSLv3 Enabled Vulnerability
SSL/TLS use of weak RC4 cipher
SSL Server Has SSLv2 Enabled Vulnerability

I'm not quite sure which article you are referring to. Do you mean the weakend security option, as outlined under web server settings?
You will find a list of currently used SSL ciphers under What security features does PRTG include?.
