After the PC is powered on in the morning, PRTG refuses to start. I have to re-enter the licence information every morning. Why doesn't it save the information I entered?
If it would help, I would be happy to reinstall the software, again, but I would like instructions on how to de-install the existing installation. Apparently, using Windows control panel and then manually deleting the software directory aren't doing the entire job.
