Can someone give me an example of what to enter here? I've tried words on the webpage, responses captured with the URL Recorder, etc. Everything I enter comes back with:

Error: String not found

The website is externally hosted.

You might want to enable "Store latest HTML result" and compare the result page in the page you want to check - are they the same? If not, PRTG might get stuck somewhere due to authentication problems, etc.

The logs can be found in the following directory: C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (Sensors)\Result of Sensor (ID).txt'

The sensor ID is shown in the URL of the sensor overview page.
