For some type of PRTG Sensors is recommended that we use not more than 50 (for WBEM or SOAP) or 200 (for WMI) sensors on each probe. Does it mean that we should use for example only 50 WBEM sensors on a probe with no other type of sensor or you Considered having other types beside this 50 sensors? Is it possible to have 50 SOAP Sensors+150 WMI Sensors+40 WBEM Sensors all together on a probe?What does it mean?

There is no precise answer to this question, because different sensors might use different resources.
As a rule of thumb, a probe on a typical computer can run about 5,000 sensors. It might run 10,000 or 15,000 if you only use SNMP traffic sensors. It might not even manage to run 5,000 if you use only WMI and SQL sensors.
The performance of SOAP sensors depends on the underlying Windows. If you use 2012 R2 or Windows 8.1, it should be not problem to run many more than 50 sensors.
Provided that you use either physical hardware, or a properly configured VM, a probe can handle 50 SOAP sensors plus 150 WMI sensors and 40 WBEM Sensors on top of that with ease.
